janisok 0 Posted January 17, 2008 Amazing that I thought this was hilarious! The peacock looks like he is bowing to the lion and showing his "rear end" to me! Thanks Mr/Mrs 3/3 what would we do without you! J Link to comment
gerfoy3 0 Posted January 18, 2008 "Thanks Mr/Mrs 3/3 what would we do without you! J" Yea gave you a lot of insight there alright! I do like the softness Link to comment
janisok 0 Posted January 18, 2008 Thanks Ger! I want to delete it so badly! It was funny at the time but I must admit, the ratings really do get to me and this one may win low vote of the year! Like I said it was a peacock from the other side. I was trying to soften how yucky it's rear looked! Anyway, do not be surprised if it is gone ....SOON!! Link to comment
bosshogg 4 Posted January 18, 2008 Come on, show some fortitude! Leave it there. I think it's hilarious and shows a fine sense of humor. If you let those dumbassed 3/3 raters with no sense of humor, or originality defeat you, then what does that portend for Pnet? It's a good image. Screw them. Link to comment
janisok 0 Posted January 18, 2008 Thanks David....it stays! Nah nah nah nahhhh nah! J Link to comment
katzpjs 50 Posted January 18, 2008 I often TRY to shoot this view of a peacock when I'm at the zoo. But that is just because I'm a bit different. Your being able to get the lion in the background really does make this a special shot. A well done shot and the PS work is very good too! Link to comment
janisok 0 Posted January 18, 2008 Well Shawn, I guess I might fit in that "a little bit different" arena myself. It was most definatley an intended shot. Although, I don't remember if I had intentions of leaving the lion when I took it. Thanks for checking in. J Link to comment
tammysphotos 0 Posted January 19, 2008 oh, janis, i just love your humor. this is a hoot! don't you dare delete it. Link to comment
janisok 0 Posted January 19, 2008 A little hard to take from you Ms. Tammy.....you deleted all yours!!! Thanks for the nice comment. We are talking about a peacock's hiney. Link to comment
susan stone 0 Posted January 19, 2008 I think it's funnier then hell and a great message to those 3/3 raters....kiss my peacockity ass! Now I'll get reprimanded for my language and attitude....oh well. Link to comment
janisok 0 Posted January 19, 2008 Thanks for the laugh Susan! And they can kiss my peacockity a** ttitude also!! Glad you liked it! J Link to comment
margaret1 0 Posted January 21, 2008 I think it's wonderful, although I'll have to admit I didn't realize it was the peacock's behind! Looks a bit like a monkey's face on a wild hair day. But then, I am one of those PN's with a warped sense of humor who goes to the humor section more than any other. I agree with you about the stick-in-the-muds 3/3r's. This is a hoot and I love the lion. Link to comment
lbattjes 0 Posted January 26, 2008 The shot is great, especially the large view...don't you dare take it down! :) Who cares if some people have a broken funny bone? The rest of us are laughing our a**es off! :) The PS work is really striking, by the way. Link to comment
