groeten mijn Nederlandse vriend. droevig om weg voor zolang geweest te zijn. ik heb een boekpublicatie die me bezig heeft gehouden. ah yes, the ubiquitous Dutch bike stand. very nice diagonal framing. well done. groetjes.

I like most of your bike images. They remind me of the time, I used to live in Sweden at Trollhettan. In the main plaza, in one corner of the plaza was a bike parking. Some time, hundreds of bikes. My fist bike was from a building I lived, underground storage place, with bike stands, and one of my friend said, "You don't need to buy one, just pick one   from the many, witch one there for a very long time, nobody ever used." So, I did, and  cleaned of the dust and I had a bike.  Parked in the same place, incase the original owner my wanted to us one day. Never anybody touched the bike other then me.  Nice memories I have form Sweden. Unfortunately, I forgot the language.
