This is a case where everyone is right and the most salient result is you guys have given me some solid food for thought. You guys have also made me most grateful for the kind words about my images. Really, I'm deeply grateful.

Well.. David.. You are more on the money than you know. I use to be a bouncer at a road house only slightly better than this place. It is a memory and event in my life that I completely deny, and disavow any knowledge of.

My stint at the door of the Infamous "Cool Fish" bar and grill is a pure fabrication of a conspiritorial government black organization.

So you can see why I spent so much time looking at so much detail.

AND... The reason I would run like hell from this place is not because of fear for life and limb... but rather not to fall in love all over gain with a place like this. LOL

So you are correct.. Gutty I am.. And Balls on the Floor I may forever be.

See ya later Amigo.

Boy, some photos are true projective tests, eliciting all sorts of stories and memories. Being neither a biker nor a poodle-toting widow, I don't react to this scene with any sense of familiarity or fright. Each piece of the photo, though, adds flavor to the story. I love the cinder block (likely attached to the bathroom key) and the American flag serving as a makeshift latch, implying that if you try to break in, you're just being plain un-American. And if we're trash-talking, I think the big barrel outside holds the real treasure to the scene, likely a repository for all sorts of evidence. When I held my thumb over the trashcan, the scene seemed to be missing something. I agree with Fred that all photography is subjective with the creator deciding what to leave in or take out to tell the story. Like any storyteller, some are more gifted in choosing what details to include to tell the story they wish to tell and nothing more. I have a feeling that Shorty would be proud of this pictorial biography.

Thanks for the view. I enjoy the way folks look at things differently. It makes it all so much more fun. As always, I'm grateful for your contributions. Yeah, I like that idea of the cinder block being attached to the bathroom key. Bet it's a unisex bathroom too.
