Jay, quite different view of coyote buttes from what we usually see. Very nicely composed. That bush/tree in distant looks much darker too me and causing little distraction. Overall a great photo.

Jay, this is awesome. I am so pleased to see "the wave" from a fresh viewpoint. I have never been there, but I was becoming indifferent to the onslaught of the typical views. I am with Avishek on this one about the small Juniper in the distance. Looks like a a little blip on the radar screen. I would prefer to see the upper third a half stop brighter to eliminate the obvious use of Grad. It looks a little out of sync and I think it would still retain saturation and intensity. Just the usual nit-pick of a near flawless rendition. Keep em coming!!

Great photo. I think I have seen this earlier. Didn't you win some prize for this shot? No offense to Avishek and Mark, but Juniper in distance is bing, off center and so small couldn't grab my attention. I am sure it is better rendered on the non-web version.

All I could think of the waves that surrounded the colorful pool and that led to the colors in the sky eventually. This is a kind of picture which rarely exists, especially when in such a heavily photographed place.

All I could say is praise, nothing else.

Thank you all for taking time to comment on this photograph. I do not like to clone out any part of the image that is a permenent fixture to the scene. So, the bush in the background stays. I personally dont think it is a distraction.

It's a gorgeous place and here we have a very beautiful photo. The only remark is the slightly incongruous color and darkness of the sky.

Magnificent photo. I like your magical use of lines and curves and rocks in composition. I think in every photo there must be a point that holds the weight of the photo. I think in this photo the rock on the bottom of the screen holds this position. thank you for sharing.

Its a nice composition, but I do find the grad useage has unbalanced the tones in the rocks, especially in the upper left.

There is nothing to improve. Composition is perfect, colour combination is just stunning. The easiest is to comment average photographs, the hardest - to tell a few words about such like this one. So - no words - only stare in amazement.
