emanuelecarapacchio 0 Posted January 3, 2008 The elegance of this animal is unbeatable. Best regards. Link to comment
katzpjs 50 Posted January 4, 2008 I find photographing peacocks to be very challenging. There are so many possibilities to show, but if we show them all we need a mural sized image. So assuming we decide to zoom in a particular scene that excludes much of the bird, then the choice of aperture become the question. I will not say that you got this one perfect, but I'm not sure what "perfect" is when it come to peacocks. I will say that I love the choice of the crop, but maybe the choice of DOF could be better. iren 1 Posted January 5, 2008 Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts...I agree it is tricky to capture this animal AND do it justice! Peacocks are a magnificent bird and I will continue to try and capture them...trying different camera settings... Cheers, Iren Link to comment
katzpjs 50 Posted January 5, 2008 I love peacocks and I will photograph one every time I see it, but I'm mostly disappointed with my results. I have one that I took last summer and now that it is winter, gray and wet it may be time to revisit those colors to see them again. I'll go and post my image now! Link to comment
