bosshogg 4 Posted January 2, 2008 The words that come to mind when I see your portraits are natural, real and most of the time sweet. And that's this one for sure. Not quite sure where you got the title from unless it refers to eyes being the window on the world. Good job here. Link to comment
dberryhill 3 Posted January 2, 2008 Dave and Joe, thanks. The title is from the saying that the eyes are the windows to the soul. Link to comment

rapo 0 Posted January 10, 2008 Beautiful eyes, indeed. I like... well, in french, I would have written "sourire complice" but I don't know how to translate (smile of complicity?). You should burn her hand a bit , and also, maybe, the right part of the picture. Link to comment
satishmenonphoto 0 Posted January 11, 2008 I like the composition and the gray tones. Good job! Link to comment
myattphotoandfotoart39 1 Posted February 7, 2008 It is morning in Israel. I want to get coffee and look more. I may find one I like better than "windows". I do not think so. When I see an expecially good portrait or any other picture (tzilum or temunah we call them) I often think to myself "I wish I could this". "Windows" is such a photo. I would hang it on my wall. Where was the photo taken? P.S. About "Herion is not fun". You are correct about dispair. I know her. And, I identify with these people. Thank you for your insight. Meir/Jerusalem Link to comment
dberryhill 3 Posted February 7, 2008 Meir, thank you. Allison is a fine photographer herself. With her on either end of the lens, the picture is probably going to be good. This was taken at a place where people go to buy mineral water. There is a 'legend' that it heals all sorts of physical ailments. Its in a small community in the southern US (Tennessee).
