I like the overall color tone to this photo. I wonder what camera and lens you used in this photo and what you did in photoshop to enhance the image?

I'm just learning portraiture like this and could use some insight into what you like to use for settings on your camera, lens types, light kits (tungsten/flourescent), etc.
