maddox 0 Posted December 11, 2007 I very much like the composition in this photo... the long diagonals of the concrete behind the model, as well as the positioning of her legs and arms. The image seems just a little too soft to me, however. Not that the whole image needs to be tack-sharp, but it might be worth some selective sharpening around the model's eyes, hair, hands, and perhaps her feet (there looks to be some nice detail in the shoes). I might add that for this to be your first session with a nude model, your photos so far show a lot of experience and sensitivity. You also seem to be working with a very competent model. Best wishes! -Michael Link to comment

John Peri 1,032 Posted December 11, 2007 By any standards, this one is truly excellent Massimo, bravo. The pose is very good, the look also, and he setting is really perfect. Bravo. Link to comment
alan_willis3 0 Posted December 11, 2007 interesting and very well done--great shot for a first nude session. I do wonder: why the shoes? I think it would have been better without the shoes. But that is merely my personal opinion. Link to comment
Ruben Silva 1 Posted December 11, 2007 very, very beautiful image... The only thing I would have to enhance the scene iss to tie-up her hands to the wall rings... anyway it is a superb composition. Best Regards. Ruben Link to comment

jim wrightwood 0 Posted December 12, 2007 I agree. This is a beautiful, and thoughtful image. I can not describe the mood this image projects for me. Loneliness maybe? Distress? Insecurity? Jim Wrightwood Link to comment
santoni 0 Posted December 12, 2007 Alan I agree : the image may be better with barefoot model but the floor was very dirty and pieces of rusty iron everywhere. Thanks Ruben for your notice about her hands. Jim I think the mood is near loneliness, sorrow. She is a theater actress and he was inspired by the old stall. Thanks John, Jim, all for the positive evaluation, I hope to do more nudes in the future. I've discovered many interesting locations like this one... the problem are the serious models. ricardo navarro 0 Posted March 5, 2008 I agree with Michael about the composition. This shot already stands out in thumbnail size within the folder, nicely balanced and with the model coming out straight at you. The lines of her arms, and especially the diagonal formed by the highlights in her legs against the background's straight ones seem to be the key. Exposure and overall sharpness also look good to me, and I think it is perfect as is. Well done. Regards. Link to comment
