Hi fergi and feries wife. Not bad what you have done here. Great composition. Lots of people would have been tempted to put the horizon into the middle. I realy like it. Cheers, Uwe.

Hi Andrew,

There is much to like about this image; composition, color, dramatic light, abstract figures, etc. I would be glad to have it in my collection.

Cheers, -Clayton

Appreciate your comments and kind ratings. (Even the anonymous 3 for aesthetics) More specifically...

Uwe, Thanks for your comment. I have about 100 more shots similar and I like the horizon this way more than in the middle for this shot as well. It makes it somehow different.

CLayton, All you have to do is right-click your mouse and its yours. Kidding, but thank you for your kindness.

Alon, truly, the sky bacame more fiery as the evening developed forty-five minutes after sundown. Amazing. I didn't want to leave but I had to go to a party. Thanks for the kind words.

Robert, the devil is in the details. Thanks.

This photograph really illustrates why it is so important to stick around long after the sun has gone down. Lots of magical things happen with the light; just like this. Well done. I love your composition, with the whatcha-ma-things out in the water (old pier pilings?). Excellent work, my friend! Cheers! Chris

So many choices... so hard to decide... but... after lots and lots of hard thought and looking... I keep coming back to this one. I love the crop... and the colours are absolutely stunning. Beautiful work Fergi :)

Chris-Spot on. The evening got better and better. And this was the last good sunset for the past four days. Timing is everything. Thanks.

Angela-You are too sweet. Thank you for your kindness.

Anthony- This crop was so minimal yet it made all of the difference. Thank you.

John-I'm honored that you looked and commented. Thank you.

Donibane,

Thank you. The sky hasn't looked like this since. All about timing.

Merry Christmas.
