JEREMY , I like this shot , even though this is not my favorite bridge in town. I am more attached to the Manhattan bridge and the Brooklyn bridge. However, you have captured the splendor of the Washington bridge. I do a lot of biking and therefore I took its bike path quite often . where were you to take such a dramatic shot. good angle, good lighting. Thanks for you comments on my picture .

On a cold winter evening in November I decided to walk accross the GWB to get one of my favorite photos in my portfolio.

If you walk accross the bridge you will come to a park that run along side the palasides of fort lee! (I Believe it called Palaside Park but not sure)

The GWB is a interesting bridge but I must agree with you that the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges are much more fun to shoot then this bridge EXCEPT on this special day, that is the day that the GWB turn 75 year Old. Hence the title, "George on His Big Day"!

They the Port of New York and New Jersey only light the spans of the bridge on two days a year and host the giant flag up there also.

I waited for month to get this picture and went there be a billion times (well maybe only a million, LOL) to get this photo on that day.

It turn out to be amazing and I enjoyed taking it!
