Bling bling! Holly cow this is sweet!

The timing is grand. Capturing a bit more available light at the same time could have helped on the colors, and I feel a color gel on the flash could have helped. The flash is also a little too strong. Timing is not everything unfortunately, and I wish we had more colors here, or why not convert it to greyscale and crop a bit. Just my thoughts. Regards.

Thank you for the comments. I wish it had more colors too, but it´s one of my favorite shots anyway. This photo was actually made with a Nikon FM10 with a trashy Yashica flash attached. Terrible combo, but it was what I hadin hands.I have considered doing some cropping, but i think it would ruin the ambientation. One would not see the stage...

I agree with the others that the light is tad harsh, but I think overall the photo really does capture rock'n'roll ... I can feel the vibration.

I have been tryinf to get the same effect using rear curtain sync.

But it is not working as well as this.

Outstanding! Brings me sooo many memories... That's rock'n'roll!
