Disagree with the above accolades. Yes, it has:

i) full dynamic range with lotsa midrange contrast, and

ii) psychadelic(sp) saturation

But to what avail? The resulting green cast to the shadow of the clouds, and irradiant glow to the blue barrels, green trees and red walls strike this viewer as being the visual eqivalent of a textual author with an extravagent vocabulary, but nothing to say.

To put the rudeness of the above in context, it stems (at least in part) from an awareness of the same tendency in my own photographs of late, and a subsequent sensitivity to the appearence in others' photos.
