Taliesin West was architect Frank Lloyd Wright's winter home and

school in the desert, the design was an organic response to a

combination of driving factors. This image belongs to the bathroom of

Mr. Wright himself. To every one that loves great architecture out

there, this is an incredible place to visit. Your comments on this

picture are highly appreciated.

No me puede gustar mas. La ausencia de color me gusta muchisimo, la luz, la arquitectura del banyo en si....transmite muchas cosas esta foto.

Juan Carlos, In addition to the other positive comments I like the care you took in placing the film (sensor) plane perfectly parallel to the far wall thus eliminating any keystone distortion. Many could benefit from this lesson. Great keepsake. Best, LM.

Juan, I kind of wish you hadn't told the details of where this was taken. It is fun for me to imagine a story about it, because it is so weirdly attractive. I really like the way it is composed, and the use of sepia tones makes it very interesting. Regards, liz

Bueno Juan verdaderamente impresionante, ademas de por supuesto la calidad y los tonos, es el arranque de la foto lo que me parece logradisimo. Una vision estupenda.

Love this shot, Juan. It reminds me of the movie Gosford Park, a scene from one of the kitchens. About the only quibble I have is the blown highlights to the right of the image. I'd be tempted to crop it off. JMO. Fine image, regardless.

Juan - I have a collection of bathroom images that span thirty years. I love composing images of these utilitarian spaces.

This is wonderfully done.

I LOVE the details disappearing into shadow and the highlights that are not blown out. The leading lines of the cabinet detail draw the eye right into the heart of the scene. The monochromatic style really adds to the mood of all the well placed elements.

I love it.

Great work. I have to go here . . . now I know what to do. Thanks.

Thank you Drew, a comment such as yours really inspires to keep on going, I'm even thinking about trying to photograph more bathrooms.....And do visit the place, you'll find tons of photo opportunities in there. Cheers!

Hello Juan Carlos, how are you doing there? I just returned from a trip hitchhiking around New Zealand's East Cape, quite an experience. Thanks for you comments on my pictures in between. This is a great image Juan, simple but full of details, yet still never distracting the eye. Perfect exposure in these difficult circumstances as well--Bravo!

Regards, Lennart

P.S.: Photo.net keeps me from giving you the 7 this picture deserves

Again, a very good angle, sepia tones, details, and the dim light is giving it a good atmospher of peivacy feeling.
