Nayda, I really like the quiet lighting you use for your still life photos. With this one the sharp lines of the urns and the softer outlines on the onions make a very pleasing composition to my eye.

I especially enjoy the light fall off towards the top that helps define the vases so well.

Your a still life Goddess!!

I would like to see a bit more contrast in this image. It has nice uniform tonality, but kind of lack an anchor for the eye IMHO.

 

Oops...have to correct the above statement. I downloaded the image - and it looks much nicer in PS on my comp than on PNet...

Let's see how it looks like with a bit of a boost - hopefully after Saving for Web it will look more like the downloaded version.

Leszek! Nice improvement you made! I always do the low contrast, but in this case it was midhigh... and cold colors... But in warm colors it looks nicer. Thank you very much. Nadya
