ajoseph9 0 Posted October 21, 2007 I love the moodiness and the ominous looking clouds. It makes me wonder what I might find in the old broken down and possibly haunted barn! Great job! Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted October 22, 2007 Beautiful work, blurring the limits between painting and photography. This is certainly one direction photographers will explore more and more. Very good. Link to comment
barclayphoto 0 Posted November 5, 2007 Really nice image. Nice subject BUT.... I would crop this one just below the BRIGHT cloud on the left side... For me the bright spot really detracts from the rest of the image. My eye can't stop going there! I love how the sweep of the hill side leads you right up to the lovely old barn. Again, just trying to give useful feedback as I myself don't find "nice shot" useful... still a wonderful image! John Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted November 5, 2007 It's true that once you've seen this rather big spot, it attracts the eye. You can get rid of it by cropping as John suggests, or by cloning. A careful cloning will the image virtually intact. Cropping, in the other hand, has its own merits, giving perhaps a more powerful image. I don't know. Look at the attachment to see what cropping does to the image. Take care, - RogerG UPDATE: my God, this cropped picture is something! What do you think, William? :-) Link to comment
