Autumn Star Trails

Clear cold autumn skies provide an excellent oppurtunity to capture

Scorpio Passing. If you notice the dark area at the bottom of the

photo you we also see the reflection of the stars in the lake I was

set up next to.

Great star trails, I can't help feeling there is too much black space in this scene however

If you look at the large black area you will see the reflection of th stars passing.

Gary, it's been a while, but I still remember some precious hints that you gave me when I started on PN.

 

Lately, I moved to digital, but I still cherish photographs that look as close as possible to reality.

This picture is wonderful. The black just makes the stars even more beautiful. I was speachless when I saw this picture.
