Lots of things going on here. Any thoughts appreciated.

Good wide-angle shot! The wide-angle distortion of the patrol car is effectively masked by the cops standing in front of it (they must actually be pretty skinny guys!) The glare from the roof-top light on the car is a bit distracting but,hey, that's life in the big city! Also, with the foreground scene not in particularly sharp focus, the eye is drawn past the foreground figures ("keep moving: there's no great drama unfolding") to the more sharply focused scene beyond (but it sneaks back to admire that very attractive woman.)
