Maybe too close to the first kid. Just few distance away and a pic taken from down to up -dont know how to explain with my english lol-will have increased the composition. Showing less of his body but more of his face including the other kid passing through the window.

Frightening image. I'm sure that was the intent. I agree with Corinne's comments about crop. I think noise may be an issue - not blur - but realize that noise and smoke simulation probably go hand in hand. Cheers -
