My God, I was right! I always figured that I hated bird photos because I had never actually seen a good one. Now at last I feel vindicated.

 

Maybe I should change my vote to a 7/7.

 

Nah, I no longer hate bird photos. Just don't like them much. But if I did like them a 7/7 this would be.

Subject, composition, mood!! I love the comments about hating bird photos!!! These guys never complain about nudes though, do they?? I like this photo for what it is. good work! You took a great photo, uncontrived, unplanned, and unmanipulated (ive) cheers!!

the fringe at the bottom mucks things up a bit, but the last thing you want to do is behead that reflection..... that would be just plain mean.

Fantastic! I would have opted to include more of the plants at the bottom and less of the foggy sky, but this is still a really great image. Beautiful work.
