Being a bit of a minimalist, I like your use of what appears to be a single light source. The soft light works well to underscore the curving lines of your subject's body and her hopeful pose. I would have liked more light on the face; the subtleties of her expression are lost in shadows, but overall it's an effective portrait.

Maybe more light on her belly. The bottom of it is a bit dark. Something in me doesn't like the idea of the belly being in the dark like that. Probably since it means the baby is in the shadows. Some sort of subliminal feeling. Make that tummy glow with life! But otherwise I like it. Nice soft feeling.
