She looks too pale; almost as if she were dead. This might be the intended effect; still, it makes me feel uneasy... Sure, she looks into me...

A great portrait Alex. The eyes and face are the strongest elements; have you tried cropping it even further? In my judgment, the bottom l/3 of the picture space is distracting and doesn't contribute much to the overall strength of the image.

Linda, you're right, it wouldn't make that "pale" feeling that strong, thank you for your kind suggestion.
