ewargophoto 0 Posted June 26, 2002 This was my first roll of Polapan 35mm film. Any comments, pos or neg, are welcomed. Thanks in advance. Link to comment
joey 0 Posted June 27, 2002 I like the effect. Unfortunately, there's not a whole lot to the picture to make the effect useful. This photo would have benefited greatly from a more interesting composition. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted June 29, 2002 i like the grufness of the print, it adds to that fact that it looks really cold and miserable. Link to comment
heimbrandt 590 Posted June 29, 2002 I fully agree with Lindsay. Did you make a print where you made the sky darker, not only vignetting it? As it is now the ground is darker than the sky. It might have improved the photo even more to have it the other way around. Link to comment
ewargophoto 0 Posted July 4, 2002 Ok, here's the story. This was shot on June 22... yes, summer... up north on Lake Superior. That day there was a big storm, windy, foggy, cold. So, me, being the sarcastic one I usually am, named this 'summer'. I hate pictures of bright, sunny beaches that are called 'summer'. We all know what summer is like. Why not look through someone else's eyes and think about an image. Yep, I am bitter. How'd ya guess. Link to comment
