pimgeertsfotografie 0 Posted September 2, 2007 Beautiful picture, I really love the soft light on her face, did you use a softbox? Great! Link to comment
bw1664881174 0 Posted September 2, 2007 I find the see and the land is to much of a dividing line. However the rest is like a dream. Great. Link to comment

rayofdarkphoto 0 Posted September 2, 2007 The colors are wonderful. Staying very soft but also sharp as a needle. Well done! Link to comment

ken_thalheimer 3,739 Posted September 2, 2007 Beautifully lit, posed & taken. I'm not sure if I like the long piece cutting across her chest Link to comment
michaelhills 0 Posted September 4, 2007 Thank you, all :) This was a fun session. Pim, yes you are correct - there was a portable softbox to right of viewer which gave a beautiful fill light for Natalie's face and features. Sun was directly behind and left of viewer. Makco, I understand - however, I personally do not think it too defined between river and grass. What do others think? Ken... you would not believe how hard we tried to 'part' all those pesky heads from in front of Natalie! Thanks again... M :) Link to comment
john paul 0 Posted November 24, 2007 Hi Michael. Great photo except for the overexposure on the arm, hand and head. Of course, only my opinion. Otherwise I think it's perfect. Bravo! Link to comment
michaelhills 0 Posted December 13, 2007 Thank you, John. I hear ya regarding the overexposed regions. If I was to shoot this again, I would approach it slightly differently. That said, I think slight overexposure on the sun lit regions of her body lends to the overall feel. Thank you for your honest thoughts.... M :) Link to comment

clivefox 1 Posted September 20, 2009 Great image Michael, I love the fact that the flower heads are in the same colourway as her top. Wonderful overall impact. Regards Clive Link to comment
