very novel idea. Nice pic.

Very nice photo.. love the over illumination of the top part of the photo, together with the fine detail and depth of field of the cobble stones.

 

Just one suggestion; Wouldn't you rather crop out the highlighted stone in the bottom of the picture? I find it unnecessarily distracting. Otherwise: good job!

i wasn't surprised to see the relatively low ratings on this photo...as it is unusual and not "cookie cutter", but i see it as wonderful art. agree about the stone at bottom center. some cloning could take quick care of that.
