I think you have managed well with this. Unusual, low viewpoint with blurred waves create sense of restless sea, while gentle, non- dramatic sky balances that. Sky looks very peaceful, indeed. Lead- in line of lights ends nicely to main subject, that is also correctly placed. Very good, I think. No ratings. a s l a

This is, to me, the best of the two. The previous comment was right-on. I also like the way the diagonal line of lights isn't straight, but jogs. It grabs the focus of my eyes.
