... First, the exposure is poor; second, the frame is tilted down to the right; third, because the exposure is too long for hand-held, the image is soft. Not sure what camera you are using, but for a shot like this you must have a stable platform. You can balance the camera on the pews, like many people do, or even the floor, but you need a sharp image. The exposure is another matter. I assume that you are using an automatic exposure. You may want to expose for the key area of the shot and then move the camera for composition (for example, aim to the light, then re-center the shot). In this particular shot that would get you a shorter exposure (increased sharpness) and the colors would not be so washed out. Hope this helps.
