Hello Christopher, this is a sort of yes-and-no image for me. I like the idea of what you are trying to produce, but I'm not sure you have the best result. The large, overexposed area seems too bright and featureless (for my eyes) in comparison with the muted tones of the remainder of the image.

You have an interesting portfolio and I liked your stairwell shot.
