peter_daalder 0 Posted December 5, 2007 I'm a sucker for old buildings and abandoned dwellings. This image was submitted for critique around the same time as one of my own (earlier today) and I couldn't help taking notice of it.If anything, I would strongly recommend the use of a polarizing filter. Apart from saturating the colours, it can also deliver better results with blue sky and clouds...I've tried to alter your original image to such an extent, that it might demonstrate the application of such a filter. tammy511 0 Posted December 6, 2007 Peter, Thanks so much for your comments and suggestions. I just got a new camera a couple weeks ago along with some filters. I am very anxious so play with them. Hopefully I can get a bit better at some of this. thanks again! Tammy Link to comment
fred mueller 0 Posted December 6, 2007 wild old building......agree that the sky is a little to blown out....think you might have included a little more of the forground in your shot o give us more of a feeling of the building being planted in its surroundings...but nice shot Fred Mueller Link to comment
