It's a living photo Paul.If blue was the only available light, then blue.The moment you captured counts the most and it's just as it should be.The photo is almost duotone, try to make some layers and change the hue on each one.Then change their opacity and look the effect.Maybe you will need to erase manually some parts of these layers to achive the result you seek.Regards
