marc12074 0 Posted July 15, 2007 I like the leading line. It looks like some software was used to blur the water, i think it add to the photo. Very well done. Link to comment

jayme 0 Posted July 15, 2007 Hi Linda, long time no see :) Hope all is well. Say hi to Roger from me. This is a lovely composition. The low saturation of color lends itself to the title. Kind of peaceful solitude, resolute waiting. They almost look like stair steps into oblivion. So now I have to ask, are you crazy? I'd be spring & summering it all year round. Spring & summer in USA & then Spring/Summer in Oz :) I'd avoid winter like the plague :) However, I was in New England once during winter & it was beautiful with the snow on the trees & the lights of a small town nestled into the banks of the Hudson river. I was at a Catholic Mother-house South of Albany, NY. I awoke at 4am, sat in their dinning hall looking out over the Hudson River, lights twinkling of in the distance, snow falling. Deer everywhere. It was gorgeous. (I was there on a retreat for work). Link to comment
vicenteconcha 8 Posted July 15, 2007 Excellent sensation of tranquillity and wait . The indefinite of the water, heightens the image. Best wishes. Vicente. Link to comment
paullink 1 Posted July 15, 2007 Brilliant photo. The colors are supplementary to each other and the absence of backround works for it's advantage.Try to eliminate the diffusion on the water.Best regards Link to comment
zigzag 0 Posted July 15, 2007 It's a nice finish, the blur transition generally works well. Link to comment
