Although, like your flower shot in another folder, you've used the off centre technique .. I think this composition is more effective because there isn't just blank space in the rest of the image.

I love this image. The composition and lighting arew great and her expression is fantastic! Keep up the good work.

her face seems too harshly lit.

This is a really wonderful image. nice framing... she's "holding" on to the other side of the fram. There doesn't seem, to me, to be any wasted space. I'd like to see just a little more light filled in for her eyes and to soften the lighting on her face, but really very nice.

this is probably my last photograph I will submit in the circle.

the combination of her blank expression, black, hollow eyes and the hard lighting give this portrait a very creepy feel. More like a doll than a real child. A reflector could have made a huge difference in this shot.-jdf
