Jack McRitchie 150 Posted July 4, 2007 The curve of the roof with it's delicate sloping lines against the blue of the sky both lends the picture an air of weightlessness and gives it a distinctly Asian ambience. Link to comment
cherlyn 1 Posted July 4, 2007 Good stitching work, Alec, & the blue sky compliments the stadium very well. Link to comment
indranilsircar 0 Posted July 5, 2007 Great panorama, Alec. The blue sky definitely makes this stand out. Best Regards. (ps. I will be back in Singapore in August) Link to comment

morteza.safataj 0 Posted July 5, 2007 Alec, I've seen some of your architectural shots from Singapore they are very beautiful(your shots and design), your country must be very beautiful. In this shot composition is good and clear, it's a long shot from Stadium but I'd prefer to shoot the sky more colored.Do you use Polarizing filter for your panoramic shots? alecee 0 Posted July 6, 2007 Thanks Dennis, Safataj, yes I did use a polarizing filter but the Singapore skyline is normally cloudy as it is has high humidity, If we are lucky and also in the early morning before the clouds condense we get slightly better bluer sky but nothing like the dark blue sky in USA or the Middle East. This image was shot from a higher elevation - from a look out tower opposite the stadium. Link to comment
