Interesting colors, compliment and contrast. Black area might be nice space for words, if this photo was for a bilboard. Pic says something about youth fashion.

Really fun, funky shot. I also think it'd be a great shot for business cards or other advertising. I think if you want something constructive, you could adjust the levels in the shoelaces - they are just a little blown out.
