fiona madden 0 Posted July 3, 2007 OK this is cool! But Im confused! How did you light the guitar? Its looks super-imposed!? The light is very strong! I like the sunset pic tho! Link to comment
hy 0 Posted July 4, 2007 Excellent composition with great light and colors. Can't give 7/7 due to PN. Link to comment
sfdgs 0 Posted July 4, 2007 I've been here at least 10 times to look at this image, and I still don't know what else I could say that everyone else hasn't said. The composition, the colors, and the light are all perfect. You brought this idea to a higher level and have shown again how much talent you have. Link to comment
gerfoy3 0 Posted July 5, 2007 Jason, "You brought this idea to a higher level and have shown again how much talent you have"...thank you so much but I really don't think I can accept comments like that at this stage. My photographic abilities are not really mature yea and I still have a hard time calling myself a photographer. I'd like to thank everyone for comments on this image. Ger.. Link to comment
lbattjes 0 Posted July 6, 2007 Ger, I really think this photo is beautiful as is and could be used as a cover, as mentioned. I just don't think that it really fits "forgotten" as well as it could, but then I understand the limitations you mentioned. Sigh. I'd love to see it laying down, maybe with some sand or seaweed. It seems too pristine to have been left behind and forgotten. Otherwise, I just love the sunset... the light is beautiful! Leslie Link to comment
janisok 0 Posted August 5, 2007 Ger, I really love this shot. The light on the guitar works well IMO, it seems to "play" the sounds of the beautiful sunset and water. It gives the feeling that the light and sounds are what is holding the guitar up. J Link to comment

rubenwensing 0 Posted February 12, 2008 My first reaction to this picture was as a guitar player.. Get THAT GUITAR OUT OF THE WATHER!!!! The second was as a photographer: Hoe did u manage this, and the light.. wauw... thats a cool view.. But please get the guitar out of the wather and sand!! Link to comment
gerfoy3 0 Posted February 12, 2008 Ha, it wasn't in the sand very long....I wanted it to stand like that and couldn't believe when the sand just held it there...I got some very strange looks taking this shot... Link to comment
