You have nice skin tones and the model looks good but the shot isn't all that innovative. I would say try looking for a more interesting pos and expression if you would like to stick with the white background.

I actually like this image. My eyes are drawn to the feet which adds a little interest to the models pose. I like poses like this because there is no 'pretense'...what you see is what you get in the person. Well done to the model.

Looks good , i like the sepia type colour as it adds a different look to the photo.
