mark_hanegraaff 0 Posted June 26, 2007 Technically, this is an excellent shot. Very nice colors and great detail across the spectrum. I rated it a 4 in originality because it's not unlike many other pictures of this type. Still, it's a very good pcture. Link to comment
anish 0 Posted June 26, 2007 tomas, this is certainly a nice image, especially with regards to light and texture. one thing that bothers me just a bit is the visible area between the narrow slot around the center/top-third of the image. i've admired your images and the one thing i'm most impressed with is the consistently clean compositions. this image looks great overall, but the complex "flow" of the stone visible in that narrow strip gives a cluttered look to that section, and it sort of conflicts with the clean simplicity of the rest of the image. just my thoughts.. jerrynmnk 0 Posted June 26, 2007 Tomas This is one of the few shots I've seen of this location that does not have blown highlights. Did you adjust in PS, or were you lucky with the light? Congrats on a wonderful image. Jerry Link to comment

cphilpott 0 Posted August 17, 2007 I have been in slots, I have a beginners attempt at the genre up for critique. This is an excellent shot to me. It draws me into the shapes on an artistic level but also leaves me wondering about the reality of what is around the corner. Technically, would you share more about the image? please.
