Quiet and Dignified

This is a nice documentary portrait. However, had you included more of the building in his direction of gaze, it would improve the balance and composition.Generally there should be significantly more space in the direcrion of gaze/travel than there is to the opposite direction. For instance, had he been looking toward the right border, the preportions/balance would feel more natural. His eyes lead you immediately out of the picture. The colours,surroundings, dress and expression are all excellent.

It bothered me not to illustrate the point I made, so here is the best I can do at present. I still have much to learn in this digital medium, but hopefully it will visually give you an idea of what I tried to convey.
