Lots going on here. Lots of action, strong colors, moving traffic. The exposure is good and the focus is sharp (do you remember the exposure information?).

 

With that being said, the picture lacks a strong subject to hold the eye. I find myself perusing the picture for a few seconds and then losing interest. It may be that I simply don't see what you are trying to show.
