Sunset on the World Financial Center Atrium and WTC 1999 -- I miss that! :(

My second post on photo.net! More to come...

 

This has been one of my favorite photographs from the WTC (although a

bit pedestrian perhaps -- I got the idea for the shot from an

accounting textbook cover of all places).

 

Must admit that it is a bit difficult for me to view this and the

other shots of the WTC I have from the past.

Beautiful image. I would have given it a perfect score, but the color is a little too saturated for me. I have a number of images of the WTC that can be viewed at: http://www.photo.net/photodb/folder?folder_id=151652 . Mine are more of a memorial than fine photography however.

I love the color and feel. So much life and vibrancy. Something that is often lost in most WTC photos. As always, beautiful architecture and great achitectural contrasts.

 

The only thing that would make this photo better would have been a wider angle lens with a bit of paralax control and a landscape format, including more of the surrounding designs.
