wolf1891 0 Posted April 14, 2007 At the first glance I like the image. But then few flaws (in my opinion) are hurting the image. The chandelier , the reflection of chandelier and the reflection of light on the bottom of the column are drawing more attention than your models. I like the poses and composition but you needed a little bit more light on the face of right hand side model to make a point of them being there and the main attraction. Like this (using the ambient light not to its fullest, if that's the case) the image seems a bit sloppy. Over all an attractive composition...but not great enough for an editorial fashion work.(in my opinion) I can appreciate the minimal use of digital enhancement. The white shirt of model almost save the day here by the way. Cheers Wolf Link to comment
sacredskin 1 Posted April 14, 2007 I like this photograph, I think the light is very warm and inviting. The reflection from the chandelier could easily be taken out of with PS. I find it sexy and alluring. Beautiful! Link to comment
fotograful 0 Posted April 15, 2007 nice composition, despite the too much enlighted chandelier! really the white shirt catches the glimpse! bravo! Link to comment
giotto 0 Posted April 16, 2007 I have a question. When im working a fashion shot, i try to avoid a wide set of lens. It disctracs the subject, or i'm wrong? The relection is the only flaw. Link to comment
strugariu 0 Posted April 16, 2007 I think wide angle lenses can be used creatively in fashion shoots. Don't avoid them. Cheers! Link to comment
jonathancharlesphoto 4 Posted May 28, 2007 Elegant stylish fashion photo - the W/A distortion contributes a dream-like feeling which is just right for the fantasy subject. My only (minor) suggestion would be to crop the right side slightly for balance - to give more emphasis to the background figure. Best wishes, Jonathan Link to comment
brf1 0 Posted August 6, 2009 E o fotografie reusita, chiar daca are unele mici "defecte". Link to comment
