jerrymat 5 Posted May 16, 2002 Magnificient background for a portrait! But it is screaming for a human subject. It would be better to submit smaller pictures - this one is too large to view in its entirety on my screen. Link to comment
barry_johansen 0 Posted May 17, 2002 hmm strong impact crop the image from the base so that the image starts at the base of the first trees. makes it my intriguing and - definate ly want to walk the road to see whatis there Link to comment
gianpaolodettoma 0 Posted May 23, 2002 Molot bello il contrasto tra gli alberi rossi ed il resto della scena. Link to comment
wm_robertson 0 Posted May 30, 2002 I love this. It almost looks like a painting. Did you do any computer enhansing? If so I would like to know how you did it. Link to comment
jason c wu 0 Posted May 31, 2002 Very strong perspective in this photo. And there's something about the trees, they seem to pop out of the screen at you. I love it. Link to comment
tonys 0 Posted July 15, 2002 This shot almost fooled me. It didn't look interesting to me in the thumbnail format, but when I finally decided to enlarge it, I couldn't take my eyes off it. You managed to catch the spirit of Toscana. The haze in the background in the lower part, gives the photo a dreamy look while the deep colors of the trunks and the crowns awake you to the beauty of Toscana. I confess, this is the kind of shot I was trying catch while in Toscana this year, but I missed it. I envy you both for living in Toscana and for this shot. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted August 22, 2003 Am I the only one to notice the color balance? The asphalt is purple. The bark is orange. The detritus (needles) under the trees is orange. Link to comment
alberto pastorelli 0 Posted November 6, 2003 Nikon F90x + Nikkor 80-200 f/2.8 ED (now both sold) Link to comment
ken_thalheimer 3,739 Posted November 6, 2003 It does have a look of almost being a painting. Good shot, but it also as a magenta cast on the road and tree trunks Link to comment
reisenberger 0 Posted February 20, 2005 Is this the row of trees that everybody else photographs from the side? (as in all the Graphique de France calenders of Tuscany?) Link to comment
