Hey this is my first posting here in ps, many more to come, tell me what u think

couldn't think of a better start. it's an outstanding image for me. light and contrast are close to perfection, and the timing of the capture is great. in the composition, i love how the guy stands out of the shadow. and as a final touch, the vibration of the string... we almos can hear the bass. congrats and welcome.

The shadows are amazing in this shot they give the shot the added emotion and dramatic feel it deserves. Nice shot, I hope to see more of your stuff later on.

@ Kraig, I like what you did to it, that was the only thing that I found distracting in the original image.

actually i had noticed them earlier, and in the version i printed i fixed that problem, since i am uploading from mi laptop, and i dont tend to edit the pics here, i dont have the fixed version.

Wonderful shot. I like the light tone in the background personally. Your choice of perspective brought out the length of the bass's neck in an interesting way as well.

This is a very good shot Carlos! Nice perspective and the light is in the exact right places. Really beautiful tones too by the way.

I would crop a little of the blank left, not as much as Kraig did above. And leave the background alone.

Dramatic. Maybe tone down the thing in the background left of him. Maybe. And I do agree with the crop but really, these things are minor.
