Well composed. I think you lost a little bit of needed sharpness of the rope in the foreground. Wide depth of field from foreground to the furthest point in the distance seems to be the effect you were trying to achieve. I'm not even sure how much more depth your camera would have allowed. It already gave you quite a bit to work with.

Really nice picture. I would also have tried a second picture in a different angle: standing a little more to the right, and turning a litlle to the left, so that the pier was more diagonally from the one corner to the middle.

It's a good idea, perhaps I should prefer like this
