atlatling 4 Posted May 1, 2007 I love silhouettes (even if I can't remember how to spell it) and your two color image is little different from black and white - except, of course, it grabs your eye more. This one is particularly attractive to me being an old weather man and seeing the Cumulonimbus mammatus. The mamma comes from the "breast-like protuberences" displayed - the result of turbulence within the cloud. Being the "cropper" that I am, I would probably cut off the top quarter as we loose the turbulent aspect of the cloud there. Nice shot though. Link to comment
dianadeaver 0 Posted September 25, 2007 Chad, I get it. This is a great way to get impact with a simple composition. I like this image a lot because it resembles a fine art painting to me. As a whole the shadows and colors make a very pleasing image. The only thing that I find funny more than anything is the little black spot in the right corner. Link to comment
