I really don't know...it looks like you're shooting thru a screen of some kind. The sky is really blown out, and the shot appears to be leaning to the right. Rather than leave you a rating, I think it's more important to actually tell you what I like and don't like about this one. I'd love to see it again with a bright blue sky behind it. I like how the buildings on both sides lead you right to the center structure, but again it needs a better sky--and maybe some increase in saturation. Hope this helps.
