Must say, the camera picked out the ghostly sun. I am glad i poked my nose out of the window to see what was going on out there! thank you for your critiques.

Well seen and captured. I could be nit-picky and suggest offsetting the sun to one side and changing perspective to have the fence at an angle to give more depth. But this is a really fine image as it is. Anyhow, I suspect the position of the sun and clouds would have changed by the time you set up for doing the above. Nice work.

Now to your photo... this shot is nothing less than spectacular! everything I would want to achieve. the brooding sky looks as though it has allowed the sun to shine below for a brief, fleeting moment. a truly glorious capture! best regards, john
