I think the lighting is good. The diagonal in the picture is ok. But i would think to a bit lower on the fish its side. Than you can get a better profile of the fish.

I agree with Richard...get as low as possible, on the fish's level looking directly into it's eyes. I understand you wanted to convey the ability for the fish to camoflauge itself, however it's not very appealing astetically. Keep shooting.
