paula grenside 0 Posted March 18, 2007 Another incredible view, Brad. Where you inside a sort of cave? It shows all the dynamic lines of the rocks. Link to comment
mmmee 0 Posted March 21, 2007 Oh man. Good shot. This takes me back to Portugal and our apartment on the beach in the Algarve at Jardim du Vau. The rock formations on that beach were incredible. Like this. Thanks for sharing. Next time I am there, I must look for stuff like this. The detail in the rock is lovely. The action of the water makes the photo come alive. The composition is well balanced and lovely to look at. I love the ocean and this one speaks to me. I wonder how it would look in all its shades of blue and white. Link to comment
bradkim 8 Posted March 21, 2007 Thank you A.K., Paula, Maggie, for your visits and supports to this pic. This is a rock formation in Leo Carrillo State Park, just north of City of Malibu.I had been to this place on numerous occasions, and made many shots of this rock formation, but had never been happy with the outcomes. So, actually I stayed away from this location for some time. This time, however, when I visited at dawn in a foggy morning, I felt different. I made several shots, trying to capture the effects of crushing waves with different timing for each shot....and this was the most satisfying frame. Link to comment
