Christmastree Worm

bernie moore

The Christmastree worm at its base is about the size of a quarter. You're looking down at about 3/4 of its base.

This crop represents about a third of the original. It had a twin

facing the other way. The color on this half is much more vibrant. Do

you think I would have been better off with the newsy complete view,

or does this stand well enough alone? I guess this is a philosophical

question since you can't see the other version:)

I agree that the crop is nicer than the original. I love christmas tree worms, this is a very interestign look at one, a bit overexposed at least on my monitor.

Thank you all for the kind feedback on this pic. Frances, that is a good crop; I like it. This was a serendipitous shot that lent itself to a number of good views. You gave me another look. Regards, Bernie

I like the cropped version much more. A diagonal position is very interesting and it makes it look like a borer, isn't it? :) Best regards, Aleksa
