Calla lily.

Shot for the cover of a wedding program. Although usually not a huge fan of

flower photography, I'm fairly pleased with the way this came out. Thoughts?

I like the soft lighting and general shape of the flower. There's something about the assymetrical top line that bothers me, but I'll admit that I'm not sure exactly what. Not particularly original, but as you say, you're using it for a wedding program.

The highlight on the left side seems just a little blown out. Could just be the scan, but I'd really like to see a little detail over there. Otherwise it's an excellent shot.

my scanner is less than, well, it sucks really.

Well it's a precise photo with nice soft touch but if you wouldn't say it's a flower I could have been puzzling my mind for some time just to be able to come up with the right response. Bye, Gejza
